• Reduce your legal fees by not being “nickled and dimed” for asking one quick question.  You will never receive a legal bill for making that quick phone call and getting the legal advice you need.  Quick questions are included in your annual fee.
• Our firm is committed to a 24-hour turnaround on legal questions or e-mails to answer the many “one quick questions” that arise in your day-to-day business operations.

The Controlled Fee Promise

Your annual fee will typically cover the legal work you need throughout the year.  But sometimes issues arise that can not be resolved with a quick question and answer session.  Matters that are not part of the ordinary course of business will generally fall outside the parameters of Your Corporate Counsel Advantage™.  Typically, these matters involve a reactive issue, response to a crisis, litigation, or intensive legal research.  If the legal support you need falls outside the program parameters, we will notify you before any legal fees are incurred.  You will be billed by the firm’s standard hourly rate, less a 20% preferred client discount.  This discount applies to services rendered by any attorney in our firm.  Certain legal matters may be handled for a capped, flat fee.
